Returns and Exchanges

At Artisticartiu, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our handmade aromatic candles. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in its original packaging
• In the same condition that you received it
• Returned within 30 days of the purchase date

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Candles that have been burned or used
• Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
• Items returned after the 30-day return period

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@artisticartiu.world or through our contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and post it to your account.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal value. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to arrange the exchange. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective candle, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Shipping for Returns

Please package your return securely to prevent damage during shipping. We recommend using the original packaging when possible. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
